https://h1.nu/161Il https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2329957&uid= Job Title: Senior Guidewire Developer Location: Boston, MA or NH (Hybrid 2 days) or Possibly remote for exceptional candidates Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guidewire Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter). You will work closely with business analysts, architects, QA testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions for the insurance domain. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and development of Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) Customize and extend Guidewire products using GOSU, Java, and Guidewire Studio Integrate Guidewire with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and plugins Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production support Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices Write technical documentation and ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration Stay updated on the latest Guidewire features and industry best practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience with Guidewire, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role Strong hands-on experience with GOSU, Java, and Guidewire Studio Experience with at least one of the core modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter Solid understanding of Guidewire Data Model, Rules, Workflows, and Configuration/Integration layers Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP), XML, and messaging queues (e.g., JMS) Experience with agile software development methodologies Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Guidewire certification (Developer or Specialist level) Experience with cloud-hosted Guidewire implementations (AWS, Azure) Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of insurance industry standards and business processes Regards: Vamsi hr@shayaancorp.com | O. 732 798 5943 Shayaan Corporation -- Keywords: quality analyst information technology Massachusetts New Hampshire Senior Guidewire Developer hr@shayaancorp.com https://h1.nu/161Il https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2329957&uid= |
