Strong experience in healthcare insurance projects. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification is preferred. Role: Project Manager Data Warehousing & Healthcare Insurance Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Hybrid) Need local or Nearby Job Description: We are hiring a Project Manager with a strong background in Data Warehousing and Healthcare Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-level data initiatives, coordinating with business and IT teams, and ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Data Warehousing projects in healthcare insurance. Coordinate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements. Oversee data migration, transformation, and reporting initiatives. Implement data governance best practices in collaboration with compliance teams. Ensure project alignment with business objectives and data strategy. Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, and drive issue resolution. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in healthcare insurance and data warehousing. Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL, and BI tools. Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
