Position: Guidewire Claim Center QA (Hybrid) Location: White Plains, NY or Irving, TX || Need Locals Duration: 6+ months Job Description Key Responsibilities: Perform requirement analysis and prepare test plans for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and upgrades. Execute various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, SIT (System Integration Testing), end-to-end, and lifecycle testing. Test the claims lifecycle processes (reporting, investigation, settlement) and integrations with external systems (e.g., subrogation, salvage, ISO, financials, medical reports). Validate user interfaces for claims adjusters, managers, and claimants to ensure smooth user experiences. Develop comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and system specifications. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate testing. Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams as needed. Mandatory Skills: Expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, integration, and OOTB functionalities. Strong automation experience with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter/JUnit. Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation and model comparison. Experience in claims center migration and post-migration validation. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies for efficient testing processes. Knowledge of cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure/P) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
