Oracle Workflow SQL*Loader SQL Navigator XML Publisher SQR ADI Data Loader OEM Cloud BI OTBI BVCS objects Oracle Integrations APIs Self-Service Page Personalization Any Oracle Track certification is helpful Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities: Assist with the development and support of solutions for HR processes. Coordinate and perform system testing and assist users with acceptance testing. Support the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our Oracle HCM system. Interact with staff, vendor managed services team, and vendor technical support. Prepare procedural manual and documentation for system users. Supports system upgrades and perform acceptance tests for new systems and modifications to existing systems. Assist with technical questions regarding HCM and collaborate with operational teams with escalated issues/tickets. Coordinate maintenance activities with IT and impacted business users. Participate as project team member in systems and data-related projects. Assist in development of management standard and custom reports, and support data analysis, research, and reporting.
