Role: Pega Lead System Architect Location: Stamford, CT _ Onsite Job description: As a Lead PEGA business architect, you should be able to; Understand the Pega servicing platform and CDH platform and has experience in driving the business discussion. Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystem software and DCO capabilities. Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translating them to requirements artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/Use stories. Pega Lead Decisioning Consultant will collaborate with marketing and technology application teams to understand the business requirement, the business processes, and convert the business processes to Pega system flows. Assess decisioning platform capabilities, and create a roadmap for expansion to enable seamless omni-channel experience and personalized in-context customer interactions. Work in collaboration with Lead BA to map the Pega CDH capabilities to meet the business goals.
