Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users on Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement functionalities, addressing different skill levels. Facilitate knowledge transfer by coaching and mentoring other team members on best practices within the system. Business User Collaboration Actively engage with business users to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into system configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across different modules within Oracle EBS. Promote adoption of best practices and standardized processes within the user community. System Support Provide ongoing support to users including troubleshooting system issues, resolving queries, and addressing functional concerns. Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. Stay updated on Oracle EBS releases, patches, and new features to proactively implement relevant updates.
