Job Detail: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Consultant with strong expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), specifically with experience handling EDI transaction sets 852 (Product Activity Data) and 867 (Product Transfer and Resale Report). The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing procurement processes, ensuring smooth vendor communication, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. Hands-on experience with EDI, specifically with transaction sets 852 and 867. Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and inventory processes. Experience working with SAP IDocs, partner profiles, and EDI mapping. Ability to interface between business and technical teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Configure, support, and enhance SAP PTP processes to meet business requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on EDI integrations related to purchasing, inventory, and vendor data. Implement and support EDI transaction sets 852 and 867, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in coordination with technical teams and trading partners. Analyze current PTP processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Document functional and technical specifications, user training materials, and process flows. Participate in end-to-end project implementations, upgrades, and production support.
