This includes evaluating technical, operational, and cutover readiness, and delivering actionable insights for production deployment. Key Responsibilities: Cutover Plan Review: Assess transition tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies, and rollback plans. Technical Readiness Assessment: Evaluate system components, tech maturity, integration, performance, and capacity. Operational Readiness Assessment: Validate data migration, external dependencies, compliance, security posture, documentation, and stakeholder preparedness. Final Report Development: Document findings, SWOT analysis, recommendations, and action plan.
