Job Title: Senior PMs - SAP Location: Atlanta, GA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Responsibilities: Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5): 10+ years of experience with a successful track record of leading and managing geographically dispersed engineering projects and cross-functional program teams; PMI or similar project management certificate is an advantage Proven track record in end-to-end implementation initiatives Proficiency with technology, software, SaaS programs and projects; efforts involving moves to hyperscales desired. Ability to think strategically, delivering services to meet stakeholders demands on a timely basis Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders Persistence, self-motivation and willingness to work under pressure Excellent knowledge of SAP and the SAP solution portfolio Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage through ambiguities while being innovative and collaborative Experience with incentive strategies for revenue generating roles, sales planning, customer segmentation and/or go to market models. Experience effectively collaborating with others either in a formal team setting or on dynamic project-based teams to produce joint work products. Technology skills and the willingness to learn new topics quickly Regular availability in the afternoon/early evening to accommodate to meetings in the US time zone.
