Please be sure this comes across during the interview. They want you to know what is going one out there with GenAI (I would google and do some research and be able to talk about this - be ready to discuss tomorrow). If you are also on any Linked In group, have mentored GenAI groups, please be able to discuss. 1. Develop prototypes using new tech 2. Address issues that stakeholders bring to them and see if new tech can resolve them. About 50% of what they create is put into production. This team only builds the prototypes. They do not deploy. There are no Scrum Masters or Project Managers so they must be self-motivated and be able to self manage. They will be given use cases. They will have the opportunity to present a demo to the innovation team once a week. They are required to do at least one of these every month. Required Skills - AI, Deep Learning Frameworks, Python Job Duties - Build and develop models to improve and enhance the current environment for better understanding and recommendations. Skill sets: Ability to develop prototypes, PoCs, MVPs using one or more of the following, AI/ML Knowledge: Strong foundation in AI, deep learning, and machine learning principles. Programming Skills: Expertise in Python and tools like Hugging Face, Langchain, and OpenAI API. Deep Learning Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Cloud Platforms: Familiar with Google Model Garden, Amazon Bedrock, and Nvidia Nim. Multi-Modal Data and AI Tools: Experience with multi-modal data and intelligent agent-based tools.
