The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies, technical documentation, and facilitating collaborative development and quality assurance efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support for current Licensing Services projects, ensuring alignment with development priorities. Facilitate the creation and decomposition of Agile artifacts including themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure clarity and completeness of user stories and requirements. Lead discussions around story point estimation to support predictive level-of-effort modeling. Support and educate team members on Agile processes and best practices. Participate in quality assurance discussions to ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements. Analyze and deconstruct existing requirement documents for improved implementation planning. Required Skills and Qualifications 12+ overall experience with 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in application/software development or a related technical field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodology and associated frameworks. Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable Agile artifacts. Experience working directly with development and QA teams in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with use case modeling and documentation.
