This role is essential for driving organizational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding teams to deliver better products and services more efficiently. The Agile Coach will work directly with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to implement best practices, streamline workflows, and ensure strategic alignment of Agile principles.Responsibilities: Analyze current systems and processes; design strategies for Agile adoption. Guide teams on Agile techniques and adapt approaches to meet organizational goals. Facilitate Agile workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through goal setting and accountability. Mentor team members, Scrum Masters, and managers in Agile principles and practices. Lead stand-ups and cross-functional team meetings to assess progress and remove blockers. Implement structured prioritization frameworks based on business value. Foster collaboration across departments and break down silos. Support leadership engagement with Agile values and practices. Help manage technical debt and improve cross-team ownership and delivery efficiency. Develop clear escalation paths and facilitate the development of team working agreements.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling methodologies. Proven success implementing Agile in hybrid or traditional environments. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve anti-patterns in team dynamics. Experience enhancing collaboration between development and operations. Track record of driving organizational change and improving team agility. Expertise in integrating quality assurance into Agile workflows. Skilled in value-based prioritization and proactive problem solving.Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Agile Coaching and/or Scrum Mastery. Experience coaching within large enterprises or Fortune 500 companies. Background in computer science, business management, or project management.
