The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and enhance end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless customer transactions from quoting to revenue recognition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Analysis & Optimization Analyze and document Ciscos Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes, identifying areas for improvement in Commerce, Order Management, and I2C. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and implement enhancements. Work with IT and development teams to translate business needs into functional solutions. Ensure process compliance with Ciscos revenue and accounting policies. 2. Order Management & Fulfillment Support the order-to-invoice lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in order entry, pricing, and contract terms. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely order processing. Optimize order fulfillment workflows, working with cross-functional teams to reduce cycle times. 3. Commerce & Quoting Systems Support Work with stakeholders to enhance Ciscos Commerce and Quoting platforms, ensuring seamless customer and partner experiences. Identify system gaps and work with IT teams to drive improvements in pricing, product configurations, and deal management. Provide insights into quote approval workflows and pricing governance. 4. Invoice to Cash (I2C) & Revenue Operations Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions. Work with finance teams to improve cash application, credit management, and collections workflows. Ensure alignment between sales orders, invoices, and revenue recognition policies. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a IT or Business Analyst, preferably in Ciscos Q2C domain. Strong understanding of Ciscos Quote to Cash process, including Commerce, Order Management, and/ or I2C. Experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), ERP Oracle) and billing systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
