Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement a data lake for efficient data transport. Ensure Workday remains fully functional at the acquired hospital while integrating with PeopleSoft and Strata systems. Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize system interactions between Workday and PeopleSoft. Provide guidance on best practices for running both Workday and PeopleSoft systems simultaneously. Required Skills for Peoplesoft/Workday Consultant: 5+ years of Workday system analyst experience. 5+ years of PeopleSoft system analyst experience. 3+ years of experience working with interfaced systems. Hands-on experience managing data integrations between Workday and PeopleSoft.
