This individual will play a critical role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Maximo-based EAM solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the upgrade and implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9), including containerized deployment on Red Hat OpenShift. Manage full project lifecycle planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business SMEs, system integrators, and vendors. Oversee project budgets, schedules, scope, and quality assurance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, KPIs, and delivery milestones. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry standards (e.g., NERC/CIP). Drive user training, change management, and post-go-live support strategies. Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
