Strong hands-on experience in: COBOL Relational Databases (Oracle preferred) UNIX Understanding of SOAP or REST APIs using XML/JSON C Programming Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions in alignment with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions. Utilize appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve both business and technical issues. Apply specialized knowledge in areas such as: Assembly/integration Cross-discipline functions Knowledge engineering Industry expertise Legacy system evolution Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical context. Validate project scope, planning, and deliverables.
