Experience monitoring AWS services and workloads Solid understanding of observability principles and data pipeline architecture Experience integrating with ServiceNow, especially for alert and incident automation Proven expertise in building and managing: ITSI Services, KPIs, Base Searches Correlation Searches and Episodes Glass Tables, Deep Dives, and Event Aggregation Policies Strong hands-on experience with: Metrics, Logs, and Traces Telemetry ingestion and transformation Splunk UF, HF, and HEC configurations Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
