This role will report directly to the VP, Sales Operations and work closely with members of the sales leadership team. Responsibilities Lead the Global Capital Markets sales organization's reporting & analytics function, defining and driving strategic, operational, and organizational improvements Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to identify data needs and develop tailored analytics solutions that inform strategic initiatives Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytics models and tools, including dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics, to drive business insights Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives and recommend adjustments based on data analysis Manage a team of analysts and Power BI developers, utilizing advanced analytics to provide actionable insights that support business objectives Provide training and support to staff on business intelligence tools and best practices, promoting data literacy across the organization Requirements Hands on expert in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards and working with large complex data sets. Disciplined with effective execution Demonstrate a disciplined approach; deployment, and follow-through to ensure achievement of results. Experience working directly with all levels within a sales organization Style that fosters teamwork Working collaboratively with others across various business units to achieve common goals and positive results.
