Ensure data integrity and accuracy for HR and Payroll data processed through AS400 applications. Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to understand business requirements and provide technical support and enhancements for Infinium HR/Payroll systems. Implement custom reports and data extracts for HR and Payroll-related information, ensuring timely and accurate data processing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AS400 applications and Infinium HR/Payroll systems. Create and optimize SQL queries in DB2/400 to retrieve, manipulate, and load data for HR and Payroll processes. Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and integration of new features in Infinium HR/Payroll systems. Design, implement, and manage data integrations between AS400 and Infinium HR/Payroll systems. Ensure compliance with HR regulations, payroll standards, and best practices for data security and privacy. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful system design, development, and deployment. Provide technical documentation and training as needed. Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience in AS400 development using RPGLE, CL, and DB2/400. Basic working knowledge of Infinium HR/Payroll applications. Hands-on experience with SQL for DB2/400 for querying and database management. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Understanding of HR regulations and payroll compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with system migrations and upgrades in Infinium HR/Payroll applications. Knowledge of API integrations and Middleware solutions for AS400 and Infinium systems. Familiarity with automation tools for data processing and reporting.
