You will architect scalable solutions, implement A/B testing, and drive data-driven personalization strategies for enterprise clients. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Optimizely CMS Development & Customization** - Develop, customize, and maintain **Optimizely CMS (Episerver) solutions** for enterprise clients. - Build custom **widgets, blocks, templates, and dynamic content models** using Optimizelys framework. - Implement **multi-site, multi-language, and headless Optimizely deployments**. **Experimentation & Personalization** - Configure **Optimizely Web Experimentation (Full Stack) and Feature Flags** for A/B/n testing. - Design **personalized user journeys** using Optimizelys AI-powered recommendations. - Integrate with **CDPs (Customer Data Platforms)** for audience segmentation. **Performance & Scalability** - Optimize **page load speed, caching strategies, and CDN configurations** for Optimizely CMS. - Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks (SQL queries, indexing, caching layers). - Implement **headless Optimizely with Next.js, React, or .NET Core**. **DevOps & CI/CD** - Manage **Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions pipelines** for Optimizely deployments. - Configure **Docker/Kubernetes** for containerized Optimizely environments. - Ensure **zero-downtime deployments** and blue- strategies. **Security & Compliance** - Enforce **role-based access control (RBAC), GDPR, and SOC2 compliance**. - Secure APIs and prevent vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQLi). ### **Required Skills & Qualifications** **8+ years** of hands-on ** Optimizely CMS (Episerver) development experience**. Strong expertise in **C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, and Optimizely SDK**. Experience with **Optimizely Experimentation (Web/Full Stack) and Personalization**. Proficient in **front-end tech** (JavaScript, React, Angular, Tailwind CSS). Knowledge of **headless CMS architectures & REST/GraphQL APIs**. Familiarity with **Azure/AWS cloud hosting** for Optimizely deployments. Understanding of **SEO, Core Web Vitals, and analytics tools** (GA4, Hotjar). ### **Preferred Qualifications** **Optimizely Certified Developer** (or willingness to obtain certification).
