Establish and communicate the annual ART calendar and facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning events. Facilitate ART sync meetings, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and other ART-level ceremonies. Track and report on ART progress, risks, and dependencies. Escalate and help remove impediments that block the ART's progress. Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART. Foster collaboration and communication across teams within the ART and with stakeholders. Coach teams and stakeholders on agile principles and practices. Drive continuous improvement within the ART. Manage and communicate release plans and timelines. Coordinate with other Release Train Engineers and stakeholders as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. [Number] years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment. [Number] years of experience as a Release Train Manager or in a similar agile leadership role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in an agile setting. Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Must be located in the Dallas, TX area. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)).
