In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and creating clear and concise documentation. Strong writing abilities and proficiency in creating visual diagrams are essential. Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and other elicitation techniques - Create clear and concise business process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and user guides - Produce high-quality technical writing, such as functional specifications, system documentation, and knowledge base articles - Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex systems and processes - Develop visual diagrams and process flows using tools like Visio or draw.io to facilitate understanding - Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes - Support agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, using tools like Jira - Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of ServiceNow IT support and knowledge base systems - Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations. - Conducts quantitative research to support small to medium special projects. - Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvements. - Resolve or work directly with business and technology teams to remove roadblocks. - Provide accurate status reporting and tracking. - Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and comply with change management processes. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field - ServiceNow Service Catalog - End User Testing - ITIL Certification - Critical Thinking and problem solving - Task oriented - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
