In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, improve, and scale system performance. You will be responsible for developing performance tests, conducting analysis, and contributing to the overall performance architecture of complex enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze, debug, and improve system performance and scalability. Define, develop, and execute performance and scalability tests and benchmarks. Use profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis. Design and conduct experiments to measure the impact of system changes on performance. Develop and maintain a performance test automation framework. Plan, execute, and analyze performance test results. Participate in architecture and design reviews, contributing performance insights and recommendations. Integrate performance testing into a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline. Develop and implement performance testing principles, strategies, and best practices. Key Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or equivalent software engineering experience. Hands-on experience in testing and tuning SAP applications. Knowledge of various software development and testing methodologies. Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner Enterprise and Apache JMeter. Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Experience with SQL performance tuning. Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++. Experience with JVM tuning. Knowledge of database systems like Oracle and SAP HANA. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative, innovative, and eager to explore and adopt new technologies.
