Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet customer needs. Create dynamic templates for documents, statements, and customer communications, ensuring compliance with business rules and requirements. Implement and customize customer communication workflows, automation processes, and integrations with back-end systems. Utilize Quadients automation tools for document generation, output management, and distribution. Integrate Quadient solutions with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless communication and data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Quadient platform, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient processes. Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of Quadient applications and workflows. Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of the solutions you build. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades for Quadient applications and integrations. Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides. Stay up-to-date with new releases, features, and best practices related to Quadient products. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Quadient Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Quadient Inspire. Strong knowledge of Quadient products, particularly Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Inspire Output Manager. Experience with XML, XSLT, and CSS for document design and template creation. Familiarity with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST APIs, and web services. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues with Quadient applications. Knowledge of data management and working with large datasets for document generation and processing. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
