Experience implementing S4 PPDS in the automotive industry. Role Description Sap S4 Design, Build, Test, Deployment, and Hypercare phase experience with large complex international companies implementing PPDS solutions using Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing methods. Detailed knowledge of multi-level Bills of Materials, Routings, and Production Versions. Integration experience with EWM. Skills - Model Mix planning; Takt Based Planning; Dynamic / Manual Offloading, Short cycle scheduling; Mass capacity update, iPPE, Line Balancing Consulting skills Knowledgeable of best practices, ability to write functional specifications for complex Enhancements and Interfaces. Outstanding written and verbal skills. Has demonstrated leadership in managing client workshops.
