Title: Program Manager/Scrum master Location: Columbus, OH Duration: long term Contract Years of Relevant Experience: 7 to 8 years Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study. DODD is looking for a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Manager (PM). This person is well versed in Scrum and project management best practices. Candidates will have recent experience as a Scrum Master leading product team and as a Project Manager managing projects. Candidates will have experience coaching development teams and product owners on Scrum best practices. Experience using SAFe is highly desirable. Candidate must be comfortable managing IT projects using waterfall, agile or hybrid approach. A background in managing vendor-lead projects is required. A strong understanding of project/program management concepts is preferred. Excellent communication skills are paramount. Candidates who have an understanding of technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft, RPA or Snowflake is recommended. Experience with Azure DevOps for user story management & reporting is highly preferred. Candidate should have experience with portfolio and project management tools. Requirements Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance 4+ years as a Scrum Master on a product team 4 + years of experience using the Scrum framework 5+ years overseeing vendor lead projects ensuring successful delivery of contract scope and deliverables. 7 + years project management experience designing & implementing project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. 5+ years of previous experience in enterprise (10 project team members or budget greater than $500,000) program/project planning and management functions 4+ years of experience using Team Foundations Server or Azure DevOps to manage the product backlog and report team metrics.
