They will expand and optimize the functional operations related to the business areas associated with corporate applications. Additionally, the Senior Corporate Applications Consultant will also identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to optimize performance. What Youll Get to Do: Develop, implement and oversee a corporate application governance strategy designed for optimal support of business goals and objectives. Oversee the lifecycle management of enterprise applications including collaboration, portfolio management, document management and financial systems tools. Drive digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing modern application technologies. Lead the selection, integration and deployment of enterprise applications. Ensure and manage interoperability between various business systems. Optimize system performance, reliability and scalability. Manage software updates patches and security compliance. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business leaders to drive innovation. Provide guidance on application best practices and user adoption strategies. Ensure alignment between IT and business functions to maximize value from corporate applications. Oversee the budget for corporate applications ensuring cost-effective solutions. Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to develop training and change management programs to enhance user proficiency. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure that corporate tools align with data protection and security standards. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Management, Mathematics or Business Administration or equivalent work experience. 8 years of leadership experience in managing complex solutions across multiple technology platforms and business partners, ideally within a health plan environment. 8 years of experience in IT applications management, including leadership roles. 8 years of experience managing teams consisting of remote personnel that are a mix of employees, vendors and contractors. 5 years of experience managing service providers, costs, integration support models, and customer needs/expectations. 5 years of experience in leadership roles with responsibility for teams, budgets, and strategic decision making. Six Sigma Certification highly desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly desired.
