Configure and set up the AWS platform environment to meet organizational requirements and stage for eGain migration. Ensure that the platform is optimized for performance, security, and scalability. Provide technical support, write python widgets and troubleshooting during the setup phase to address any issues that arise. Work closely with project managers to ensure that contractor roles align with the changing requirements of the migration process. Skills Set: Proficient in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure application development skills for more than one technology as well as multiple design techniques Working proficiency in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks.
