The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data and processes, and deliver insights and recommendations that drive efficiency and strategic decisions. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy. Support project planning, execution, and performance tracking. Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs. Create process models, user stories, workflows, and other documentation. Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to guide decision-making.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and BI platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
