They will be key in project planning and execution, working with organizational leaders, vendors, partners, and other caregivers to facilitate meetings, analyze current and proposed processes, and organize virtual sessions to elicit and document business requirements for projects. They will participate in the development and execution of product and process test plans and also will perform data analysis as needed. Skills/Experience Requirements Required A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on the healthcare insurance industry 2 years of experience onboarding and off-boarding Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and/or Pharmacy Managed Care products and services 3 years of experience managing business requirements lifecycle, including translating complex topics into executable business requirements and documentation, creating workflows, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting testing and defect management Excellent personal organization skills to effectively manage tasks, information, and respond to rapidly changing information Confident communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate group discussions to elicit and prioritize business and technical requirements/documentation Comfortable working in a remote/distributed work environment with a minimum of supervision Preferred Knowledge and experience of one or more of health plan markets, pharmacy networks, benefit design, utilization and medication costs, claims management, medication reimbursement strategies or formulary Experience with SQL and Power BI IIBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or other recognized professional business analysis certification PMP, CSM or other professional project management certification Keywords: access management business intelligence Business Analyst== or ==PST consultant only ==Healthcare insurance [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2336639&uid= |
