Experience driving CMDB programs across multiple business units or geographies. Experience with ServiceNow Platform upgrades, data migration, SNOW and performance tuning. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Workflows, and Custom Applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
