The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and securing applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities: - 12 + Years exp. In Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security tools and processes into CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct security assessments, code reviews, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks. - Work with stakeholders to define security requirements and integrate them into application design and architecture. - Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, applying knowledge to improve application security. - Provide technical guidance and support to new members of the team on secure coding practices. - Document security-related processes, tools, and configurations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API). - Strong understanding of SecDevOps principles and methodologies. - Proven experience in cybersecurity and vulnerability prevention techniques. - Familiarity with security frameworks (OWASP, NIST). - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and their security features. - Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Entity Framework). - Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: - Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH, Security+) are a plus. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with scripting languages (Python).
