Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Zuora Developer with extensive expertise in Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Zuora Admin and possess strong technical certifications along with expert-level experience in workflow management and subscription billing. This role demands hands-on experience with complex integrations and implementations within the Quote-to-Cash and CPQ processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments solutions. Lead end-to-end implementations of Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, and Billing systems. Configure Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and finance settings to meet business requirements. Integrate Zuora with ERP systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, and Avalara. Work with payment gateways like Stripe, Adyen, and banking partners including JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Provide technical guidance and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Subscription Business Models and Consumption-Based Billing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting partners, to deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Zuora configurations to ensure high performance and reliability. Qualifications: Certification: Certified Zuora Administrator and other relevant technical certifications. Experience: 10+ years in technical roles with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management. Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, and Billing implementations. Proven experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, Avalara, banks (e.g., JPM, BOA), and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Adyen). Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and configurations in Zuora. Experience working with consulting partners is highly desirable.
