Techno-Functional Business Analyst NYC NY - Onsite A+E Global Networks is seeking a skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes and requirements while leveraging technical expertise to ensure the seamless integration and migration of critical systems. As part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transition to SAP S/4HANA, specifically focusing on migrating from BPC ECC to S/4HANA and facilitating the integration of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for enhanced analytics capabilities. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA implementation. Lead the migration of business processes from BPC ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with business objectives. Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure proper system functionality. Implement and integrate SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to enhance data visualization, reporting, and analytics capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the technical solution meets both business needs and system requirements. Perform system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing, to validate the solution meets functional and technical specifications. Provide post-implementation support and training for users to ensure effective system utilization and adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working with technical teams to optimize system performance. Ensure the alignment of SAP solutions with the organization's long-term business strategies and goals.
