Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology project management, with a preference for experience in the banking sector and familiarity with American Express (Amex) systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships across teams. Oversee vendor management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards. Conduct compliance and control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Provide expertise in banking processes and compliance testing to support project success. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of compliance testing and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with American Express systems and processes is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in vendor management and control testing.
