We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven QA Manager with 6+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation. The QA Manager will lead the QA team and drive the overall testing strategy, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools such as LoadRunner, Cypress, Gherkin, Splunk, and Azure DevOps, and is adept at overseeing both manual and automated testing practices. REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in software QA, including QA leadership or management role. Proven experience with: Cypress, Gherkin (BDD), and other automation frameworks LoadRunner for load and performance testing Splunk for application monitoring and log analysis Azure DevOps for test management, CI/CD integration, and defect tracking Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
