The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP modules relevant to their role and a strong background in enterprise transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: - Provide subject matter expertise in FIN-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Deloitte consultants to implementsolutions. - Configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities in alignment with business requirements. - Lead design workshops, develop functional specifications, and oversee system integrationactivities. - Identify and address challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the workstream. - Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operationalexcellence. - Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - 15+ years of SAP experience, with specialization in FIN-related modules and functionalities. - Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects. - Strong understanding of Training Development processes, best practices, and integration pointswith SAP. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools is a plus. - SAP certification in the relevant area is preferred.
