Looking for someone that has a strong engineering background & mindset but has also worn other hats and supported other technologies. Looking for a problem solver mentality, someone that can diagnose and address issues or painpoints. Overall, we need someone with solid TIBCO Engineering & Administration skill set: TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BW/CE (Business Works Container Edition), specific experience migrating TIBCO BWCE from on-premise to cloud (AWS) environment, and an ability to configure and set-up TIBCO tooling in cloud environment from end-to-end. Need someone with hands on AWS experience, specifically the ability to migrate TIBCO tools to cloud. Must-Haves: TIBCO BWCE Recent versions, hands on engineering experience that is clearly demonstrated & listed on resume; Need to be able to explain how to navigate migration of container edition to cloud environment; Ability to own upgrades and patches. TIBCO EMS Looking for someone that has ability to work more as an Administrator for EMS. AWS Hands on experience, working knowledge or certification is helpful but they really need someone that does not require hand holding with AWS service catalog/tools they use. Ability to hit ground running & work in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills. 100% availability from 9-5 AM EST.
