Two to three years relevant work experience with Oracle Cloud Preferred Oracle Applications experience, to include any of the following: Core HR Payroll OLM (Oracle Learning Management) OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Absences User Management vii. Report Management AME BI Publisher Oracle Alerts d. Preferred developer tool experience, to include any of the following: Data Migration Tools SQL/PL*SQL UPK HDL Spreadsheet Loader vi. Oracle Workflow SQL*Loader SQL Navigator XML Publisher SQR ADI Data Loader OEM Cloud BI OTBI BVCS objects Oracle Integrations APIs Self-Service Page Personalization Any Oracle Track certification is helpful Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities: Assist with the development and support of solutions for HR processes. Coordinate and perform system testing and assist users with acceptance testing. Support the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our Oracle HCM system. Interact with staff, vendor managed services team, and vendor technical support. Prepare procedural manual and documentation for system users. Supports system upgrades and perform acceptance tests for new systems and modifications to existing systems. Assist with technical questions regarding HCM and collaborate with operational teams with escalated issues/tickets. Coordinate maintenance activities with IT and impacted business users. Participate as project team member in systems and data-related projects. Assist in development of management standard and custom reports, and support data analysis, research, and reporting. Performs modifications and development of workflows, and runs ad-hoc queries and reports, Task and Deliverables: Tasks: Coordinate with HRIS Technologies Team to plan and perform operation and maintenance tasks for Oracle HCM system (Mobius Workforce). Guidance specific to these systems will be provided. Proficiency in these specific business applications is not expected up front. Use advanced Microsoft Excel techniques to transform data. Perform testing and verification of data for Data Warehouse conversion. Verify and compare file specification against County and HCM vendor requirements and provide feedback to vendor. Create detailed technical documentation as needed, including but not limited to requirements, test plans, and user manuals. Participate in production deployment of new systems or changes (will involve after- hours commitment). Provide post-production technical support and troubleshooting to end users, coordinating with other IT staff and DBA where necessary.
