Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Duration: Long-term Contract Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer journeys, automation workflows, and personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities Design and implement multi-channel campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio. Create and manage email templates, dynamic content, AMPscript, and data extensions. Build and maintain complex marketing automation workflows and triggered campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other platforms. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using SFMC reporting tools and Google Analytics. Ensure CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and data privacy compliance in all marketing communications. Troubleshoot issues with data, delivery, or automation and implement effective resolutions. Train internal users and stakeholders on best practices and new features. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 1215 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of data segmentation, journey mapping, and customer lifecycle marketing. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer). Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party APIs. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
