Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Scripted REST APIs, and Scheduled Jobs to automate end-to-end workflows. Demonstrated ability to create automated security workflows for incident triage, enrichment, containment actions, and reporting. Experience integrating ServiceNow SecOps with external security platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Tenable, Splunk, Zscaler) using APIs and MID Servers. Strong understanding of playbook automation in the Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules. Ability to build custom spokes and actions for ServiceNow Integration Hub and Automation Engine. Comfortable writing logic to streamline and automate response efforts. Experience designing automation for MITRE ATT&CK-based incident tagging, auto-prioritization, and incident enrichment using threat intel.
