PMP certification is highly desirable. Five or more years of experience managing complex projects across industries, with a strong understanding of consulting services and specific project demands. Proficiency in project management as well as familiarity with PMI methodologies. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of risk management strategies, process improvement, and the ability to analyze and optimize project inefficiencies.
