Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide second-level technical support.
Troubleshoot and resolve data/report related issues.
Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems and applications.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on various software and hardware.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in a technical support role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge on AWS Redshift, Spotfire is a must.
Knowledge on HVR, Talend is also a must.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications on AWS, Spotfire is a plus.
Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of reverse engineering.
