Job Description - Job Title: Technical Specialist 4 Location: Columbus, OH - Need Local Only Job Type: Hybrid - 2,3 days per week On-site Duration: 6 months + extensions Must - LinkedIn The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology such as SharePoint development or an SAP specialist. The Technical Specialist has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program. Installs, maintains, configures, upgrades and administers hardware and software to support network administration, server administration, business continuity, information security, telecommunications and network connectivity, and SAN (Storage Area Network) administration. Questions: 7 years Experience designing & administering Windows Server Environments (2016, 2019, 2022) Required 5 years Working experience in SCCM & AD, GPO Required 5 years Working experience with multi-tiered applications running on Windows Required 5 years Working experience with Power, File Server Support, DFS, patching, Network printing, Active Director & DevOps Required 5 years Experience with the following applications; Automic, Rightfax, Qualys report analysis, Liftnet, Prowatch, Varonis & MetaSys Required 5 years Windows Server 2016 through 2022 administrator skills including; Windows Server Builds, Updates & File Sharing Required Question 1 Do you understand, and will abide by, the provision in your subcontract with OST that it is PROHIBITED for government equipment to be taken or used outside of the United States by your contractors The consequences of this occurring can and will result in repercussions to you, the prime vendor, regardless if the candidate works for a sub-vendor of yours. It will also result in immediate termination of the contractor, and make them ineligible for rehire in the program.
