Please response me on my official email - [email protected] Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager with Data Center Location: 2 days/week onsite- Baltimore, MD Role will start Interviewing 04/21. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data center layout planning, power and cooling systems, structured cabling, and AutoCAD-based design, along with proven project management expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and design of data center and office infrastructure, including detailed floor plans, equipment layouts, power distribution, and network connectivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, timelines, and budgets. Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with design standards and document as-built conditions. Design and optimize power and cooling systems in accordance with ASHRAE 9.9 and industry best practices. Develop structured cabling layouts for both data centers and office environments using TIA standards and CommScope Systimax systems. Ensure proper cable management, labeling, and documentation for ease of maintenance and operational efficiency. Manage design documentation using AutoCAD and related tools, producing records in CAD and PDF formats. Track and remediate infrastructure gaps identified during audits, maintaining alignment with evolving internal and industry standards. Provide guidance on standards documentation updates and mentor project teams on design best practices. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure design, including power, cooling, and data connectivity. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of ASHRAE 9.9, TIA cabling standards, and CommScope Systimax. Experience reviewing copper and fiber test results (Fluke). Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Experience with AutoLISP scripting for CAD automation. Familiarity with DCIM tools (Sunbird dcTrack preferred). RCDD certification or equivalent.
