Role Overview: We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions for clients across public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience, strategic vision, and the ability to guide clients and teams through complex digital transformations powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Lead solution design sessions, client demos, and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and client objectives. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications using platform tools, plug-ins, Power FX, JavaScript, and related technologies. Develop business process flows, dashboards, and automation that improve user experience and operational effectiveness. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other modern tools. Collaborate within Agile teams using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous delivery. Produce solution architecture documentation and mentor junior team members in solution design and delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions. Expertise in: Dynamics 365 Sales module Customer Insights Journeys Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps Power Pages (formerly Portals) Proven experience integrating enterprise systems and designing scalable, secure solutions. Strong understanding of REST APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Developer Associate. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or other Azure services. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and their integration with Dynamics 365.
