Role: SAP OTC Solution Architect Location: Remote Job Description: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership during the build phase of the SAP implementation. Guide and direct technical teams in the implementation of customizations and developments. Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements. End-to-End Process Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including code-to-cache and aftermarket services. Be able to articulate and translate business requirements into build objects. Understand the integration between various applications, specifically SAP ECC and SAP CRM. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement customizations and automation within the SAP system. Identify key development areas and work with corresponding teams to implement them. Address and resolve technical challenges that arise during the implementation phase. Able to redesign solutions when initial design does not work as expected. Communication and Collaboration: Must be able to communicate effectively with business users based in the US. As such onshore is a must. Communicate effectively with business leads and IT leads to understand requirements and provide solutions. Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation. Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and address gaps. SAP Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of SAP systems and related technologies. Experience working with SAP programs is highly desirable. Problem Solving: Able to troubleshoot and solve problems that arise during the build phase. Able to identify and mitigate risks.
