Provide direction to teams to meet defined objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage master data mapping and integration work. Manage resources technical involved in ETL. Engage business users in data validation process. Responsible for alignment across functional workstreams. Gain alignment from the business stakeholders on key functional decisions. Lead project planning activities and manage the execution of the functional tasks according to plan. Manage and lead relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all the functional requirements and deliverables Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline. Guide and own functional specific Product backlog and prioritization (process gaps and extensions/WRICEFs needed for the functionality). Identify and analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action. Prepare and lead Solution Validation and Design Workshops. Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis and prototype with business. Complete project documentation and deliverables. Lead, facilitate and participate in testing and QA cycles. Required Experience Bachelors degree. SAP Solution/Module and cross-module experience which must include multiple SAP project implementations and rollouts. Experience managing master data ETL for ERP large implementations Extended experience in SAP table structures, field level / mapping knowledge, customizations within material, BOM and router objects. Experience demonstrating business process knowledge in area relevant to project (ex. Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Finance and Controlling, etc.). At least 5 years of data, business and/or systems analyst experience to include translating between business and technical requirements. Previous experience providing direct user/client support. Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
