Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cisco Genesis & Amazon Connect Specialist to join our contact center technology team in Tempe, AZ. This individual will support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco Genesis and Amazon Connect platforms to ensure optimal performance of our customer engagement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring, deploying, and managing Cisco Genesis and Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

Support daily operations, including call flow management, queue setup, IVR changes, and user configurations.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for end-users and stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior engineers, operations, and business teams to identify and implement system improvements.

Generate documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common support tasks and configurations.

Maintain and ensure data integrity across systems and platforms.

Stay current with platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

13 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Genesis and/or Amazon Connect.

Basic understanding of contact center architecture, IVR design, call routing, and queue management.

Familiarity with AWS services related to Amazon Connect (e.g., Lambda, S3, CloudWatch) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks.

Understanding of VoIP and SIP technologies.

Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM integrations.
