At least 7 years experience of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying project management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects. A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) (need copy of cert). One (1) year experience working with State of California processes/procedures. A bachelors degree (need copy of diploma). Medicaid and/or health care experience would be extra.
